Hi, I'm Jennifer
My life is a beautiful mix of faith, family, and the everyday moments that shape who I am. I’m married to Allen Parr, and together, we’re raising our two incredible kids, Micah and Anaiah.
When I’m not navigating the joys (and challenges) of motherhood, you’ll usually find me knee-deep in a sourdough recipe, looking for the perfect rise, or testing out my latest DIY home cleaner (because who doesn’t love a good non-toxic hack?). I love creating a home that’s faith-filled, healthy, and intentional, and I’m always looking for ways to make life a little simpler and a lot more meaningful.
Through it all, my heart is to live out God’s purpose with grace and authenticity, trusting Him in both the big, life-changing decisions and the small, everyday moments. I am passionate about seeking God’s wisdom, embracing the journey with faith, and finding joy in the process, and I love encouraging others to do the same.

I’m married to Allen Parr, and together, we co-founded our ministry called Let’s Equip, INC, which is dedicated to equipping believers with the tools, training, and teaching for life and ministry. Our greatest ministry is focusing on a godly marriage and raising our two incredible kids, Anaiah and Micah.
When I’m not navigating the joys (and challenges) of motherhood, you’ll usually find me looking for ways to make life a little simpler and a lot more meaningful. I love creating a home that’s faith-filled, healthy, and intentional.
I recently discovered how much fun playing tennis is (sorry pickleballers). I also love discovering clean(er) recipes for better health (because who doesn’t love a good non-toxic hack?)
